Get me out of the red!

I am 24. I just got out of graduate school. I recently got married. I nearly had a panic attack when I realized that together, we have a total of $50+k in debt that we want to get rid of so we can start a family and save for a home.

Since I took over the finances, I've managed to raise my spouse's credit score by over 200 points and we're not GROWING in our indebtedness. However, there's still a lot to work off. Help me any way you can!
